At lovher.com, we are committed to providing quality products and impeccable service. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds and the use of our products to ensure complete transparency with our customers.
1. General Terms of Use
- Applicable Products: All products available on lovher.com are intended for personal use only. Resale or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Usage Precautions: Personal hygiene products must be used in accordance with the provided instructions. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Withdrawal Period
In accordance with current regulations, you have a 14-calendar-day period after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any justification.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
2.2. Eligibility Conditions for a Refund
Returned products must meet the following requirements:
- Be new, unused, and unopened.
- Be kept in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, intimate hygiene products, such as the LOV.Cup, cannot be refunded if they have been opened or used. The same applies to dietary supplements.
2.3. Refund Request Procedure
To ensure a smooth return and refund process, please strictly follow the steps below (otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):

Send us an email at info@lovher.com with your order number, informing us of your withdrawal request. From this date, you have 30 days to return the products (shipping date).

Verify that the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded. Tamper-proof seals must remain intact.

Include in your package the relevant order number, along with your full name.

Send the package to the following address:

- Use a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims regarding lost packages.
- The refund will be processed upon receipt of your package.
3. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@lovher.com, providing a description of the issue along with photos of the affected product.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.
4. Exceptions and Restrictions
- Discounted, promotional, or personalized products are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
- Returned products that do not meet the eligibility conditions stated above will be refused and returned at your expense.
