• 1: Fill it with water.
• 2: Insert your cup inside and shake gently to rinse your cup.
• 3: Discreetly empty the water into the toilet, or into a sink, using the drain holes located on the top.

STERILIZE:

• 1: Rinse your LOV.Cup with hot water
• 2: Place the LOV.Cup in the sterilizer, and fill it halfway with water.
• 3: Close the sterilizer and put it in the microwave for 3 min at 750 watts.
• 4: Recover and use your LOV.Cup. Be careful not to burn yourself, let the sterilizer cool for a few minutes before opening it and emptying the water it contains. Also make sure that your LOV.Cup is no longer hot if you want to reuse it immediately.
